1. Rental Requirements

Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 21 years old.

Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license held for at least 1 year is required.

Insurance: Basic insurance is included in all rentals. Additional coverage can be purchased.

ID/Passport is also required

2. Booking and Payment

Reservation Bookings can be made online or by WhatsApp .

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the pick-up time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the pick-up, 30% of the rental price will be charged as a cancellation fee.

3. Vehicle Pick-Up and Return

Pick-Up: Vehicles can be picked up at our designated locations or delivered upon request.

Return: Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when rented, with a full fuel tank unless otherwise agreed.

4. Use of the Vehicle

Permitted Use: Vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes.

Prohibited Use: The following uses are prohibited:

  Off-road driving

  Transporting illegal goods

  Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Mileage Limit: There is no mileage limit.

5. Liability and Insurance

Basic Insurance: Covers damage to third parties and theft.

Additional Coverage: Customers may purchase full coverage for greater protection.

Accidents: In case of an accident, the renter must notify PaulCar immediately and provide a police report.

6. Fuel Policy

Same-to-Same: Vehicles must be returned with the same tank as provided. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges.

7. Penalties and Fines

The renter is responsible for all fines, penalties, and toll fees incurred during the rental period.

8. Privacy Policy

Personal data provided during the booking process will be used solely for rental purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Amendments

PaulCar reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website.
