How much does it cost to rent a car in Crete?

With us, from €30 a day (October–March) to €55 a day (July–August), depending on the car. A week in a small manual car costs €210 in low season and €273 in high season (July–August). Insurance, unlimited kilometres, VAT and delivery at Heraklion Airport are included.

When is car rental cheapest in Crete?

In low season (October–March): prices are 15% below the standard rate. In high season (July–August) they are 10% above it. The day you collect the car is what counts.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Everything that can be added is listed on this page and appears in the booking form before you enter any details. We take no deposit and block nothing on a card.

How much is an automatic car?

Automatic cars start at €38 a day in low season (October–March) and €45 a day in the standard season.

Is it cheaper to rent by the month?

Yes. A monthly rental is one all-inclusive price from €500 a month, with full cover and zero excess at any age and no delivery, out-of-hours or last-minute charges. Drivers aged 18–22 pay €300 a month.

Can I rent a cheap car in Crete or Heraklion without a credit card?

Yes. Every price here is paid at pickup, in cash or by debit card, with no deposit. Very low headline prices on comparison sites often leave out the excess waiver, the second driver or the airport fee, which are then added at the desk.
