Crete's new international airport is being built at Kastelli, about 25 km inland from Heraklion. It will replace the Nikos Kazantzakis airport we deliver to today. When it opens, we will bring your car to it free of charge โ exactly as we do now.

November 2028 is the date the project is working to. Treat any date with some caution: this airport has been announced for 2025, then 2026, then 2027, and the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport confirmed 2028 in January 2026, when construction stood at about 67%. We will update this page as the date firms up rather than leave an old promise sitting here.
Delivery to the new airport will be free, the same as it is at the airport today. You will find your car waiting, we will still track your flight and wait for a late arrival, and there will still be no deposit and no credit card. The address changes; the way we work does not.
Until the new airport opens, everything happens at Heraklion Airport (HER) as it does today โ free delivery to the terminal (a small fee applies between 21:00 and 06:00). We also meet the ferries at Heraklion Port and deliver to hotels across the island.
