We meet you at arrivals with the car. We agree the exact meeting point with you before you fly and send you the plate number, so you know who you are looking for the moment you walk out.
We track it. That is why the booking form asks for your flight number: if you land three hours late, we are there three hours later. No fee, no phone calls, nothing to rearrange. Flights landing between 21:00 and 06:00 carry a small out-of-hours fee, always shown before you book.
Only as long as it takes to look the car over together and sign. There is no counter to queue at because there is no counter — everything happens at the car.
Your driving licence and your passport or ID. No credit card and no deposit are required. If your licence was issued outside the EU we accept it, though Greek law asks you to carry an International Driving Permit with it.
Heraklion Airport sits five minutes from the city centre and directly on the north coast road, so you are on your way within minutes of collecting the car. Knossos is 20 minutes away, Chersonissos 30, Rethymno an hour and a half.
