We meet you at arrivals with the car. We agree the exact meeting point with you before you fly and send you the plate number, so you know who you are looking for the moment you walk out.
We track it. That is why the booking form asks for your flight number: if you land three hours late, we are there three hours later. No fee, no phone calls, nothing to rearrange. Flights landing between 21:00 and 06:00 carry a small out-of-hours fee, always shown before you book.

There is no deposit and no credit card is required — you pay when you collect the car, cash or card, and the price you were quoted is the price you pay.
Yes. Anywhere in Heraklion — the airport, the port, or your hotel — costs nothing extra. A return at Chania Airport carries the same €80 as delivery there. Tell us the return point when you book so the car is expected where you leave it.
Yes. You can rent a car from us at the terminal with no credit card and no deposit — your driving licence and your passport or ID are all we need. You pay when we hand you the keys, in cash or by card.
Not with us. Delivery to the terminal is free, so car hire at Heraklion Airport costs exactly what it costs anywhere else in Heraklion. There is no airport surcharge on our side, and the price you were quoted is the price you pay.
Heraklion Airport sits five minutes from the city centre and directly on the north coast road, so you are on your way within minutes of collecting the car. Knossos is 20 minutes away, Chersonissos 30, Rethymno an hour and a half.
